Those He Deceives Conned to Pay Legal Fees
Below are transcripts posted on Nemelka’s web site concerning his lawsuit against an attorney named Mr. Irwin.
Nemelka admits being in an intimate physical relationship with Julie Taggert. Notice how he has a pattern of getting those whom he is conning to pay for his legal fees.
When I appeared in Court on December 7, 2006, I did not have my checkbook or any
money with me. The Defendant approached me and asked to represent me for a retaining
fee. My friend, Julie Taggart, was present with me. I asked her if she would lend me the
money so we could retain Mr. Irvin that day. She wrote a check on my behalf, but was
repaid in full the amount of $1,157.00 plus the thousands of dollars that I owed her in
personal loans, which included but are not limited to the cost of my plane fares from
California to Salt Lake City and car rental fees to appear on the Criminal Matter in which
Mr. Irvin failed to represent me. (See EXHIBIT B: Copies of checks Ms. Taggart paid
Mr. Irvin and the deposit receipts for the money I repaid Ms. Taggart, which I was forced
to borrow from another party. ALSO, included are the copies of the airline receipts for
the flights I was forced to take in this matter.)
Ms. Taggart was repaid before this action was filed against the Defendant and she is NOT
l. Defendant’s office received a copy of the Complaint and Summons from Julie
Taggert a known witness and party in the proceeding lawsuit.

has admitted that he is in a known intimate relationship with Julie Taggert.

have any objection to that being certified up, we can hear that will everything else.
Judge: Okay, I think I can rule on this one as well Mr. Nemelka unless there is some

to pay the court ordered child support during any of the period of time that’s in question. I don’t
have-any evidence or information here today to find anything other than that,Mr. Nemelka was
obligated to pay $192 a month and that he didn’t pay anything other than the $300 a month. I’m
going to recommend that the issue of contempt be certified and that judgment be entered in the
amount in question by the petitioner which is the $14,000 something minus the $300′ If he’s got
evidence or documentation of some additional payments or if he wants to put on evidence of

Nemelka Letter to Anguished Victim
After Nemelka explained away his checkered past as simply a matter of him “running away from his calling as a prophet,” he strategically convinced Christine Marie over a period of 2 months (City Weekly, 2001) that he was now the true mouthpiece of God. Once she believed him, he then used his mantle as a ‘prophet’ and his undue influence as her ecclesiastical leader to convince her to ‘marry him,’ compel her to pass cruel and traumatic tests, and to destroy her life.

Nemelka Threatens A Defector to Stay Silent, or Else
During a 2010 probe by federal agents, Sue Kammerman is pressure to keep still (quiet) or Christopher and his Attorney would be “forced” to disclose financial information about the Kammermans that would jeopardize the ‘assistance’ they were receiving from the gov’t. Sue was not intimidated by the veiled threat of having her finances disclosed and let Christopher know that she had been honest with the State Welfare Office. Christopher, raised the bar of his threat by bluffing, stating that he had figures that were quite different than the ones she had reported, and that he would not hesitate to share them if she should choose to do anything that opposed “the true work of our Father”. That did not intimidate her either and she responded with facts and attached a receipt as proof of her integrity.
However, following are the final words in Christopher’s letter that caused Sue to go silent:
“If you continue to fight this work openly or in your heart, I can assure you that you have not experienced anything of the pain and sorrow associated with fighting the true work of our Father when you once supported it.
(In the future, your dear son Nathan, who I also know well, will assure you of this.)”
Nathan was just 6 years old at the time.

Child Support, Hiding Money

Marie produced a handwritten letter she said was written by Nemelka, and which Nemelka admitted to writing. “You have been quite spectacular and trustworthy in your timely payments to my Visa, which covers my child support,” the letter reads. “By using the Visa method, all transactions will be kept virtually out of my hands and name,” it continues. “So the world will have no cause against me if something happens to you, or if the media, which I am sure will one day be investigating, takes it upon itself to accuse me, as they did Joseph [Smith], of taking advantage of religious contributions for my own gain.”

Richard Dewey contradicts the fabrication of Nemelka at the “Critics Symposium” where Nemelka falsely and publicly attributed authorship to a former victim, as well as falsely attributing motives and details about the origin and plan for “Diary of a Player.”
Anyone who attended the Critic’s Seminar should remember Nemelka’s response when members of the audience questioned how a ‘true messenger’ could write such an obscene book. Nemelka did what comes second nature to him: make up an false explanation on the spot and publicly blame someone who is not there to contradict it or defend his reputation. LDS Publisher Richard Dewey sets the record straight on the facts and blasts Nemelka’s story.
Child Support, Legal Problems

Nemelka Hiding Assets for Years?
Here is a page from a hand-written letter from Christopher Nemelka to his fiancee at the time he was deceiving and exploiting Christine Marie, instructing her to diet, giving her his power of attorney while he was in jail in 2001, directing her to put the title of his truck and other his assets in her name. Was he hiding assets, or is there another plausible explanation?

On the 20th day of April, 2001, I, being incarcerated in the Salt Lake County Jail, was feeling somewhat depressed in spirit, and selfishly thought of myself and the miserable state in which – as I perceived it – I was presently in due to my circumstances. Christopher Nemelka’s Ever Changing Facts
If one hopes to survive in Christopher’s inner circle, he must be prepared to suspend his former beliefs completely and permanently, as well as be ready to abandon any of Christopher’s newly revealed doctrines and teachings on a moment’s notice.
We first suspected that Christopher wasn’t being directed by any off-world genius when his doctrines began to morph into new ones even before we were ready to let go of the ones we had just accepted. There is hardly any talk now-a-days of how Angels can cloak themselves in order to be in the same room as you are without ever being detected. The explanation was first given that because they are a physical being just like any mortal, that should you decide to reach out and touch them (even while cloaked) that you would feel them, because their perfected bodies are made up of flesh and bone. But because they can read your mind, they can foresee your every move and intention and will stay clear of you, and so a mortal has never “bumped into” an angel.

For those of you that don’t know, on March 12, 2005, Christopher supposedly met with 7 men who are the imaginary co-conspirators of his fantastic journey, on a boat secured by John the Beloved, off the coast of San Diego, Calif. (However recent reporting from CMN on his blog site says it was actually just south of the Coronado Bridge, but that hardly matters.) The seven men included three resurrected beings, namely Moroni, Mahonri, and of course Joseph Smith, Jr., the other four men were all men who are living and breathing immortals that are not Highlanders, and are NOT from the Duncan McCloud clan. These are they who have purportedly lived upon this earth for over 2000 years without tasting death, and all of these four men were once hand-picked Disciples of Christ. These four included John the Beloved (the one who Jesus loved), as well s the three Nephites (whose names had never been revealed until they were revealed to Christopher), who are now recognized by Nemelkite followers as Timothy, (Nephi’s brother), Mathoni, and Mathoniah. (Timothy’s own son Jonas was also one of the North American disciples, but for some reason failed to make the cut as one of the three Nephites. See 3 Nephi 19:4 for details) The entire meeting was ostensibly remembered and recorded by Christopher and in Nemelkite circles it is fondly regarded as simply “The Boat Story”.
Multiple ID’s = A Man Ready to Hide?
For most of Chris’ adult life he has been a “mystery man” coming and going without notice, living in trailers and recreational vehicles often taking great pains to conceal them. He uses other peoples addresses for “mail drops”. He has run from the law reveling in his role of fugitive and telling stories how the “evil” courts have mistreated him. As usual with Chris, his past behavior is a pattern of what we can expect from him today and in the future. He has spoken of enemies who want to kill him (especially the LDS Church) and bodyguards no one has seen. So what is it that drives Chris to play his elaborate game of hide and seek”? What do you think? Here is an example of his latest game thanks to his own blog.
Seeking These Things
LEGION is asking help in locating the following:
1. Anyone, other than Chris Nemelka, who has met Jesus Christ, Joseph Smith, the Three Nephites (even just one will do), an angel of God, advanced humans, aliens, a partially mortal messenger of God, anyone totally immortal such as “just men made perfect,” resurrected beings, reincarnated people, John the Beloved, John the Baptist, Brigham Young, anyone who has risen from the dead, or anyone older than 300 years.
We’re trying to verify they really exist, and they are actually his friends.
2. Any witnesses to whom Christopher Nemelka may have represented himself as one of the above.
3. Any witnesses who have seen the Urim and Thummim work, or who have touched it while it was working and felt a zap or significant electrical shock. (We assume the jolt would be equivalent to putting a hair pin in an electrical outlet, at a minimum.) Innocent children and Christopher excepted because the pure in heart do not get shocked. Or was it the other way around?
4. Any witnesses who have seen Christopher looking upward with a profound look on his glowing face while he was obviously receiving a revelation – consistent with what one would believe.
5. Additional witnesses that were present when Chris Nemelka allegedly told polygamist Ogden Kraut and other Mormon Fundamentalists the copy of The Sealed Portion he gave them to read was a hoax to show them they could be fooled.
6. Copies of past revelations. We need them for a contest.
7. Witnesses that heard Chris Nemelka state his plan to write The Sealed Portion before he did it, and/or claim The Sealed Portion was done as a hoax to convince Mormons to leave the Church. We have plenty, but if we missed you, come on down. We’re renting the BYU stadium for a giant get-together and chili cookoff.
8. Any cell mates of Chris Nemelka. Please do contact us, you’re about to get famous.
9. Copies of the earlier versions of The Sealed Portion that Chris Nemelka wrote before the edition which is now in publication (that he claims he wrote in 4 months.)
10. Anyone who has seen the gold plates, or who has any idea to whom Nemelka may have shown the gold plates, or anyone with first-hand knowledge of where those gold plates are today, please contact LEGION. We are not going to steal them. We just want to see them.
11. Information about where Chris Nemelka may have bought, obtained, or cut the rocks that he represents as being the ancient Urim and Thummim used by the prophets in the Bible.
12. Any person who worked with or has information about Chris Nemelka when he was working as a parking lot security officer for the LDS Church.
13. Any woman who, for some odd reason, believed she was Chris’ spiritual wife.
14. Witnesses who have knowledge or documents that can show that Chris Nemelka made false or inconsistent material statements to the court. We doubt anyone will have such information.
15. Anybody who has seen Isaiah in ANY incarnation, other than the body of Harry Dschaak.
16. Copies of Chris Nemelka’s atheist newsletter, as many issues as possible.
17. The name of the freshman psychology professor that asked the students to write an entire book as part of that 3-month class, who also gave Chris an A+ on his book describing how to deceive women, called “Diary of a Player.”
18. Any evidence or names of additional people who Chris Nemelka led to believe that they would share in the copyright or the proceeds of the sale of The Sealed Portion (believing it was true at the time), but never had their commitment honored.
19. Any person who regrets having donated to Chris Nemelka, people he controls, or the organization that exists that he says does not exist and that he runs but says he doesn’t run.
20. Names of people who may have been threatened or intimidated from disclosing information, or anyone who felt pressure to write a letter or make a false retraction. (We’re not suggesting Chris did this, but we’re just trying to help dispel the rumors.)
21. Any videos or audio showing Nemelka teaching doctrines or concepts which contradict what he now represents.
22. Any persons, living or dead, who were parties to, or have inside knowledge of the financial workings of the Widow’s Mite Foundation which changed its name to the World Wide United Foundation which closed its account in one state and reopened in another then closed and reopened and closed and reopened, not unlike an aortic heart valve or Chris’ yahoo discussion groups.
23. Witnesses to Christopher Nemelka being unethical in his financial dealings, asking people to lie for him, or creating fictitious documents. Just joshing, he wouldn’t do such things. Right?
24. Anyone Chris asked to pose as someone else for the purpose of helping him deceive. (Unless it was for trick-or-treating.)
25. Evidence of Nemelka using his assumed religious authority, religious writings, or revelations for his own advantage, or to manipulate, intimidate or threaten eternal consequences.
26. Evidence of Nemelka using his assumed religious authority to help the world by doing good for others. *”Doing good” does not include providing the world with the following:
- Videos of himself
- Books he has written
- Signed copies of special editions of his books
- Lectures where he shares concepts and stories that show how smart and chosen he is
- Radio interviews where you get to hear stories that show how smart and chosen he is
- The opportunity to provide him free services
- The lessons he taught you in the process of breaking you down and exploiting you. (When you recover, he’ll take credit for all your successes. He knew you needed that and did it for your own good. That is not included in the definition of “good for others.”)
- Knowledge that you are one of God’s chosen because you are allowed to help Chris with this work
- Insight about who you were in a past life. If you believe his sealed portion, you will find out you are a reincarnated version of a great character in world history. When you realize it’s all a fraud, he’ll say you were actually Benedict Arnold, he knew it all along but he didn’t tell you because you had to figure it out for yourself. Such a kind, wise master.
- The chance to earn his affection and accolades of eternal reward for assisting him in battling his enemies*
- Strength and support as you sacrifice your family so you can help Chris with his divine work, outlined above
- The extraordinary blessing of being allowed to show your faith by selling things so you can give him money – thereby enabling him to perform MORE of the good things listed above for even MORE people on a full time basis
Any evidence of good he has done outside of those things would be highly appreciated.
*Definition of Enemies: Defectors, detractors, disbelievers, people he has victimized, women who rejected him, people who want Chris to pay them back, people who want Chris to get a job, people who want Chris to pay his child support, people who want Chris to stop lying, people who do not want Chris to defraud the elderly, anyone Chris deems an enemy for any reason, and judges who order him to go to Criminal Thinking Classes and take Mental Health Evaluations for no reason at all.
(Except maybe they were jealous.)

We are NOT suggesting that Christopher Nemelka actually did any of these things, but we do have an opinion and present it satirically. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask for this information because if we receive nothing, it will dispel some nasty rumors and we are certain Chris will appreciate that.
