Anatomy of a Fraud
It’s one thing to be a religious fraud. It’s another thing to commit financial fraud. Some people use one to commit the other. When considering whether Chris Nemelka deserves to be label a fraud of any kind, here is an article that might shed some insight.

THE THREE PIECES OF FRAUD
“A con artist requires three elements to commit fraud: opportunity, motivation and rationalization. First, he must have the chance to steal money and, second, a reason to steal it (usually involving profit or revenge). The third element is the unique part of fraud: He needs an explanation for himself as to why it’s OK that he’s doing it—an unappreciative boss, for example, or sometimes merely a big company that “won’t miss the money.”
Consider those elements in the case of Christopher Nemelka before jumping to conclusions. Does he have the opportunity? Does he have a motive? Does he have a way to rationalize it?
Chris Nemelka Charged with Felony Again
For criminal non-support. It is our understanding that Nemelka is scheduled for a preliminary hearing where he will try to convince the judge that he was a victim of the court system which disabled him from working, and he really does not owe that much.*
