Another Damning Affidavit Surfaces
Below you will find an affidavit prepared by a former journalist with the City Weekly who kept copious notes and records regarding her conversations with Christopher Nemelka. This is a highly credible witness with an impeccable background, and unfortunately for Nemelka, she doesn’t fear him one bit. Her affidavit is very telling. Among other things it shows:
1. Nemelka had been planning and practicing his deception using the Sealed Portion (false scripture) for years.
2. Nemelka has been perfecting his Sealed Portion scheme for almost two decades.
3. Nemelka thinks he is entitled to deceive Mormons because if they are stupid enough to believe it, they must want it and deserve it.
4. Nemelka understands that true believers refuse to question. This piece of knowledge is his secret weapon. Harry Dschaak and Sue Kammerman were anomalies. That explains why he had to rewrite history and tell his followers that those people were unworthy, kicked out and therefore not credible. As we know, Nemelka is the master of rewriting history to keep people from digging for answers.
5. Nemelka is thrilled, delighted and overjoyed by his ability to dupe and manipulate people.

On the 20th day of April, 2001, I, being incarcerated in the Salt Lake County Jail, was feeling somewhat depressed in spirit, and selfishly thought of myself and the miserable state in which – as I perceived it – I was presently in due to my circumstances. I began to feel a loneliness that permeated the very depths of my soul and began to torment me quite considerably. Legion’s Domain Name Dispute Victory Reveals Much
Shortly after this blog went online to tell another side of the Chris Nemelka story a domain name dispute complaint was filed against Legion. The original complaint is linked HERE.

The attorney retained by Legion was John Berryhill, ESQ., Ph.D. He wrote the response for Legion. Introduction:
“This dispute concerns the personal name of a convicted criminal in the State of Utah which is being used as a domain name to provide truthful information about his criminal history, religious charlatanism, and a history of threats, intimidation, and litigation to silence his critics.”

“In order to suffer damage to one’s reputation, one must of course have a reputation susceptible to such damage. As noted in the denial of probation decision above, the Complainant has previously been determined to be somewhat of a sociopath whose release in the general population was not recommended by a psychologist.”
“It is not with great frequency that a claimant in a UDRP proceeding would tangentially refer to the fact that he has been publicly declared to be “reprehensible” and “troglodytic” as evidence of “goodwill” in a trade or service mark claim, or establishing a reputation susceptible of commercial harm by critics.”
‘Real Truth’ from 2002, Caught in His Own Lies. Again.
Below are some quotes from clips of a recorded interview between Chris Nemelka and two relatives of his wife Sheri Richardson Johanson.
NOTE: August 1, 2002 is mentioned several times below. Nemelka claimed he had a magnificent spiritual experience in jail on August 1, 2002 which supposedly convinced him that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints was true. Allegedly numerous people including his wife, father, Julie Miner, Wes Galloway and a room full witnesses in Judge Denise Lindberg’s court room saw Nemelka shedding literal tears when he spoke about this experience bringing him back to the church.
These tears successfully convinced his family and many others that his testimony of the Mormon church was so strong that he was truly a changed man like “Alma the Younger,” and that he was done with lying. He would never lie or deceive anyone ever again.

The dialogue below copied from an Internet forum where some men – John, Blayne, JJ Dewey & Tony were discussing how they caught Chris Nemelka posting as himself (supposedly the only true “messenger”/ prophet on earth) posting in the forum posing as a peace-loving man of God, and at the same time, posting as an alter ego named Josh. Using the name Josh Farnsworth (JF), Chris would use obscenities and insults to try to drive away the men who caught on to Nemelka’s game or began to ask sincere questions.

In trying to find out whether Nemelka influenced a Texas woman to disrupt General Conference as a publicity stunt, Harry Dschaak writes:
Here are some dates and times that will help establish a time line of events that would put Christopher in or near Texas sometime prior to the Christmas Devotional in the new Conference Center in SLC that Carolyn Smith may have been induced to “crash” for him. Chris told us he attended the “Ray of Hope”: the National Ataxia Foundation 2005 Annual Membership Meeting; Tampa, Florida–March 4-6, 2005.
I snipped the following posts from the Sealed Portion yahoo discussion group site. [The green highlighted sections are "Joshua Farnsworth" who was later discovered to be Christopher Nemelka.] This was AFTER the Press Conference in San Diego when Todd Jumper discovered that Christopher was using the “Josh Farnsworth” identity as he traveled to and from Florida. It shows that after the conference was over in Tampa, Christopher hung out for a few days in Orlando before heading home to his wife.
There are probably fifty posts or so spanning several weeks that came from Christopher pretending to be Josh Farnsworth then he, Christopher as Christopher, would respond to Josh. In other words, Christopher was staging the conversation between his Telestial bad-guy attorney bullshit alter ego… and himself. The entire collection is attached as a pdf file and is color coded. The point of these posts is to remind everyone that there is plenty of evidence on record of Christopher’s duplicitous nature, and that his idea of what is cute and funny is more accurately described as sick. For those of you that don’t know, on March 12, 2005, Christopher supposedly met with 7 men who are the imaginary co-conspirators of his fantastic journey, on a boat secured by John the Beloved, off the coast of San Diego, Calif. (However recent reporting from CMN on his blog site says it was actually just south of the Coronado Bridge, but that hardly matters.) The seven men included three resurrected beings, namely Moroni, Mahonri, and of course Joseph Smith, Jr., the other four men were all men who are living and breathing immortals that are not Highlanders, and are NOT from the Duncan McCloud clan. These are they who have purportedly lived upon this earth for over 2000 years without tasting death, and all of these four men were once hand-picked Disciples of Christ. These four included John the Beloved (the one who Jesus loved), as well s the three Nephites (whose names had never been revealed until they were revealed to Christopher), who are now recognized by Nemelkite followers as Timothy, (Nephi’s brother), Mathoni, and Mathoniah. (Timothy’s own son Jonas was also one of the North American disciples, but for some reason failed to make the cut as one of the three Nephites. See 3 Nephi 19:4 for details) The entire meeting was ostensibly remembered and recorded by Christopher and in Nemelkite circles it is fondly regarded as simply “The Boat Story”.

Todd Jumper Dominates with Logic

Chris, I testify that if you come up against real prophets of God, and
lie before them, and persecute them as you have, that the effects of
your actions will have bad consequences eventually. So have your fun
now all you can, I do not see anything but darkness and misery in
your future, and the sad part is you created it yourself. At the end
of it all you will be a lonely old man with hardly a friend in the
world, except for the Moroni’s and Joseph Smith’s in your head.

Let me list a few things that I think should be of concern to all seekers and the honest in heart. I will give out this list over several posts and then my work here should be done. I may post now and then after this, but hope to remove my attention elsewhere.
(1) The most glaring problem is Chris deceiving us into thinking that it was a separate person (Joshua) calling me and others obscenities. Anyone who uses such insulting language should not be trusted by any disciple.
Yes, Joseph Smith and other teachers had faults, but nothing like this. Joseph Smith was kind, even to his enemies and Chris has no enemies comparable to that Joseph had. He thinks that I am his enemy and I wish him no harm. I only wish the truth to be revealed.

Can Chris Nemelka be trusted? You MUST READ THIS to understand how false and mentally deranged (our opinion) the “true messenger” really is. Boy, it sure is hard to restrain myself from making some comments on the stuff floating around on this discussion board. Purpose
The purpose of this web site is to allow public scrutiny regarding a man with a checkered past. A man who claims he is the reincarnated Hyrum Smith and has translated the “Sealed Portion” of the Book of Mormon from ancient and authentic gold plates using the Urim and Thummim spoken of in the Old Testament and Book of Mormon. That he has a “Mandate” from God (or superior advanced beings from another galaxy) to complete the mission of the Mormon Prophet Joesph Smith. Such a claim, may not be unreasonable within the realm of Mormon culture depending on how one views the likelihood that Chris Nemelka is the “Second Prophet”.
1993: Nemelka Describes His Plan to Deceive
This is a MUST READ. In 1993, Chris reveals his mind-set when he wrote the sealed portion and entered polygamy. Read “I Was A Fanatic” (circa 1993). Below is a quote from this book where he bragged about his ability and plan to manipulate and deceive.
Nemelka states: “… At this point I had learned through research and study that the Book of Mormon, The Bible, The Koran and many other religious works were works of man to control the minds of the masses who aren’t as smart as the authors were. I knew I was smart. So why not create my own scripture. I realized how easily men and women were manipulated and deceived. I decided to take off where Joseph Smith left off and bring about the sealed portion of the gold plates which Joseph was forbidden to bring forth when he claimed to have the gold plates in 1827. Along with my scripture writing, which was quite amazing and fooled a lot of people, I decided to enter the realm of plural marriage. Why not? My present wife still had a testimony of Joseph Smith and as long as she thought he was a Prophet, I could do the things which he did and justify them as being the things which God would have me do. I soon found myself taking another wife. The only place one can find bunch of women who believe in plural marriage is within the secret societies of Mormon fundamentalism.”

Cell Mate: Chris Wrote Sealed Portion in Jail
See Affidavit Below. When Christopher Nemelka was a prisoner in the Salt Lake County jail, he confided in his cell mate that he was writing The Sealed Portion of the Book of Mormon, pretending his words actually from ancient gold plates, with the express purpose of selling it to the LDS Church who would buy it to keep it off the market. Nemelka would write at night and then read what he had written to his cell mate, Jeff Richins, who said it did sound like scripture.
Jeff Richins further said Nemelka admitted he was receiving money from a woman he had convinced that he (Nemelka) was a prophet translating the gold plates and asked Richins to help him in continuing The Sealed Portion fraud. Nemelka bragged about his physical, writing and seduction prowess.

In our opinion, it seems as if Ida Smith may not be the first older woman whose money Christopher utilized for his own shenanigans. Odd, isn’t it, that God, aliens, semi-mortals and resurrected beings would pool their infinite wisdom and come up with Chris Nemelka to solve the world’s financial problems so as to eliminate the poor and needy, considering his strong financial background of being a deadbeat dad, living off women, avoiding taxes, putting assets in other people’s names, psychologically pummeling followers for money to – pay his debts, help the poor and needy, then using it to buy himself a Recreational Vehicle?* Seems like far too many people involved with Chris end up poor and needy, including his children, while Chris lives off the spinnings of his deceptions. After reading what is posted below concerning a poor, 70 year old woman who lent Chris her good credit, it is easy to understand why judges have used the words “reprehensible” and “troglodytic” to describe Christopher Nemelka. Why would Mr. The “Real” Truth not allow comments or discussion on his blog? The master of information control must have something to hide. As people familiar him and with his lifelong pattern of deceiving and manipulating people, and after being alerted to the false information he’s putting forth in his blog as truth, we said Game’s Over dude. We have created a public forum where Chris Nemelka has no control over what is said.
When Nemelka tells you this site was created by enemies who are just a group of scorned followers angry because Nemelka rejected us from his fold, believe it not. We never joined and we never got the boot and we’re not LDS. However, we have facts that contradict what he calls “the real truth.”
